We offer free standard shipping for orders over $149. For orders under $149, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can click the “ Order Track” link in our website, and enter your order number or the provided tracking number to get the latest updates.

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been processed and shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at mislorraine@outlook.com. We will do our best to assist you promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already been shipped, you may either keep the item or initiate a return in accordance with our return & exchange Policy after delivery.
