We offer free standard shipping for orders over $149. For orders under $149, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies.

We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (excluding overseas islands and territories like Guam, Hawaii, etc.). We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can click the “ Order Track” link in our website, and enter your order number or the provided tracking number to get the latest updates.

You may cancel or modify your order before it has been processed and shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at mislorraine@outlook.com. We will do our best to assist you promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already been shipped, you may either keep the item or initiate a return in accordance with our return & exchange policy after delivery.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that Final Sale items, underwear, socks, eye masks, and customized items are not eligible for return.

Yes. For returns not caused by our error (such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference), a flat return shipping fee of $8.99 per return applies. This fee covers the cost of the return shipping label and will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our error (including defective items or incorrect items sent), no return shipping fee will be charged, and the return shipping cost will be fully covered by us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We sincerely apologize for this error. In such cases, the return shipping fee is waived. Please contact us immediately at mislorraine@outlook.com, and we will arrange a free return label and expedite the correct replacement or full refund for you.

You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at mislorraine@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your desired new size or color. Once approved and after we receive your returned original item, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

The process involves a standard $8.99 return shipping fee for the original item (unless the exchange is due to our error). However, shipping for your new replacement item is always free. You will only be responsible for paying any price difference if the new item costs more.
