We'll send your order confirmation email in 24 hours after your purchase is complete!
In the meantime, you can access your order details 24/7 by signing into your account and visiting the "Orders" section within your profile.
We aim to help! If you need to cancel, please email us at mislorraine@outlook.com as soon as possible. We can only process cancellation requests for orders that have not yet left our warehouse.
We process orders very quickly to get them to you faster. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your payment is confirmed, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you are welcome to initiate a return after you receive your items. Thank you for your understanding!
We understand that sometimes a change is needed! To get your order to you as quickly as possible, our system begins processing it immediately, which prevents us from making any modifications after it's placed.
Don't worry—your solution is to contact us right away at mislorraine@outlook.com to attempt to cancel the current order. If we're able to cancel it in time, you can simply place a new one with your desired changes.

Check Tracking & Location: First, please check the tracking information and confirm the delivery address you provided.
Contact Us: If the tracking shows an issue or confirms the package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at mislorraine@outlook.com immediately with your order number. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Please note: Once the package is marked as "delivered" to the address provided at checkout, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with household members or your local post office.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
No, you won't. We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing. All import duties and taxes are already included in the product price you see. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount, with no surprise fees upon delivery.
We process all orders within 72 hours. After that, the carrier takes over, and you'll get a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to go live.
Your delivery timeline consists of two parts:
- Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 3 business days.
- Transit: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey.

Unfortunately, address changes are only possible before your order starts being processed. To have the best chance, reach out to us immediately after placing your order.
We apologize that your item arrived in unsatisfactory condition! To resolve this quickly, please contact us at mislorraine@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging. Our team will review your case and provide a solution promptly.
RETURNS
If a return is requested for customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect purchase, no longer wanting the item, or other non-quality issues), the following fees will apply:
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our designated U.S. warehouse address.
- Processing Fee: A 7% processing fee of the order total will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact our customer service team before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy details below:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Return Shipping: You must use our pre-paid return shipping label for all exchanges. We cannot be responsible for packages lost without this tracked label.
- Return Shipping Fee:
For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you, while the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us. - Timeframe: Items for exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to avoid additional charges.
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with no signs of damage, and with all original tags attached.
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Get Instructions: We will reply with the authorized return address and clear step-by-step instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Once you receive our guidance, you may ship your return to the provided address.
After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take your bank or payment provider additional time to fully post the amount to your account.
